Licensed Architect

Architectural Design Department

The Licensed architect needed to manage the architectural design department of a consulting firm serving industrial and institutional repeat clients in the southern U.S.  The candidate must have industrial, institutional, and/or commercial design experience and will supervise 3 to 4 technicians.  Working with the client, colleagues, and a team of consultants, the successful candidate will manage projects from the conceptual phase through commissioning.

Monitoring the construction activities of roads, bridges, and other construction projects. Performs entry-to-routine engineering technician work—works under moderate to minimal supervision, with moderate latitude for using initiative and independent judgment.  Work requires strict compliance with set operating procedures and nominal decision-making.
