FLOODPLAIN
Our floodplain team assists in the daily implementation of flood loss reduction activities including enforcing the community's flood damage prevention ordinance, assigning permits, and providing technical assistance to the counties we serve.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Architectural Design at CNC includes planning, designing, and construction administration of commercial building projects. The need for code compliance and functionality is at the forefront of the design process. The aim is to create aesthetically pleasing and functional structures that meet the needs of the client and the community, while also taking into account factors such as safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
3D IMAGING
3D Imaging capabilities are a new service provided by CNC. Teaming up with Matterport, CNC can acquire digital images of existing facilities. This service allows the architectural renderings to be verified for accuracy. It provides clients with the ability to see the pace more effectively than 2D drawings.
